Complimentary express delivery across the GCC — the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Orders are dispatched from Dubai within 48 hours and tracked end to end.

• UAE: 1–3 working days
• Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: 3–6 working days
• Rest of world: calculated at checkout

One free size exchange

If the fit isn't right, your first size exchange is on us. Within 14 days of delivery, request an exchange and we will send the new size and collect the original — no charge, no questions.

Shoes must be unworn (try them on a carpeted floor), in original condition, with the box intact.

Returns

Prefer a refund? Return unworn shoes within 14 days for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping on refunds is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at our cost.
