Returns & Exchanges

If your shoes do not fit or do not feel right, we will exchange them. We want you in the pair that works — not the pair you compromised on.

Exchanges

  • Window: 14 days from the day you receive your order.
  • Condition: Unworn, in original packaging, with the original box. Try them on indoors on a clean surface.
  • Process: Reply to your order email, tell us the size you need. We arrange pickup. New pair ships once we receive the original.

Refunds

We prefer exchanges — the right size beats a refund every time. But if you genuinely do not want the shoe, a refund is available within 14 days under the same condition rules. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return.

What is not returnable

  • Shoes that have been worn outside.
  • Shoes with scuffs, creasing, or sole wear.
  • Shoes returned without the original box.

This is not corporate caution — it is what allows us to keep prices fair. Worn shoes cannot be resold.

If a shoe arrives damaged

Take a photo, email us within 48 hours, and we will replace the pair at our cost. No questions, no debate.
